What It Handles:
Oxi Ape™ is made for the jobs that need more than a regular pre-spray. It cuts through heavy organic soils, food spills, body oils, protein buildup, and traffic lane grime while giving your cleaning solution an extra boost. Whether you’re cleaning restaurants, apartments, commercial carpet, or neglected residential jobs, Oxi Ape™ gets to work fast.
Why It Delivers:
Oxi Ape™ combines oxidizing power, alkaline builders, and professional cleaning technology to attack stubborn soils deep in the carpet. As it penetrates the fibers, it starts breaking down organic contamination and emulsifying grease, oils, and embedded soil so extraction is quicker and more effective.
Handling It Right:
Pump-Up Sprayer
- Light Soil: 2 oz per gallon
- Moderate Soil: 4 oz per gallon
- Heavy Restoration: 6–8 oz per gallon
Injection Sprayer
- Standard Cleaning: 16 oz per 5-quart container
- Heavy Soil: 24 oz per 5-quart container
Allow 5–10 minutes of dwell time. Do not allow the product to dry on the carpet. Extract thoroughly and follow with Finish Work™ fiber rinse.

Before You Spray
- Test for colorfastness before use.
- Do not allow product to dry on fibers.
- Avoid use on delicate natural fibers unless tested first.
- Follow with Finish Work™ to neutralize alkalinity and leave carpets clean, soft, and residue-free.
